This position manages the intake process and establishes definitive standards for project execution. The role holder guides reviews and enables partner organizations throughout the entire lifecycle of a project. Success in this role is defined by the ability to transform initial concepts into tangible community outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrating member intake to verify requirements and align expectations clearly.
• Designing operational blueprints that convert abstract concepts into actionable roadmaps for execution teams.
• Facilitating structured review sessions where participant feedback translates into specific improvement measures.
• Coordinating the delivery of solutions to ensure partners remain informed and prepared for implementation.
• Partnering with internal departments to maintain alignment between community objectives and execution strategies.
• Managing cross-functional communication channels to guarantee smooth information flow across the organization.
• Testing operational workflows in live settings to validate assumptions prior to broad deployment.
• Documenting procedures in dynamic guides that help teams uphold standards over time.

Requirements

• Authorization to work in the assignment location without the need for sponsorship.
• Fluency in English is essential for precise communication and documentation.
• A minimum of three to five years of experience managing end-to-end complex projects.
• Comfort operating in environments characterized by ambiguity and rapid decision-making.
• Occasional travel to support in-person gatherings and community initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in supporting innovation communities and managing event operations.

Tools and Skills

• Proficiency with Slack, Google Workspace, and Microsoft 365.
