This position manages the intake process and establishes definitive standards for project execution. The role holder guides reviews and enables partner organizations throughout the entire lifecycle of a project. Success in this role is defined by the ability to transform initial concepts into tangible community outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Orchestrating member intake to verify requirements and align expectations clearly.
- Designing operational blueprints that convert abstract concepts into actionable roadmaps for execution teams.
- Facilitating structured review sessions where participant feedback translates into specific improvement measures.
- Coordinating the delivery of solutions to ensure partners remain informed and prepared for implementation.
- Partnering with internal departments to maintain alignment between community objectives and execution strategies.
- Managing cross-functional communication channels to guarantee smooth information flow across the organization.
- Testing operational workflows in live settings to validate assumptions prior to broad deployment.
- Documenting procedures in dynamic guides that help teams uphold standards over time.
Requirements
- Authorization to work in the assignment location without the need for sponsorship.
- Fluency in English is essential for precise communication and documentation.
- A minimum of three to five years of experience managing end-to-end complex projects.
- Comfort operating in environments characterized by ambiguity and rapid decision-making.
- Occasional travel to support in-person gatherings and community initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in supporting innovation communities and managing event operations.
Tools and Skills
- Proficiency with Slack, Google Workspace, and Microsoft 365.
