Kneat is seeking a dedicated and results-driven Account Manager to join our European team. This position is in managing client relationships and driving the adoption of our innovative software solutions within the life sciences sector. What you'll do
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and effectively.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling Kneat's software solutions.
- Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews with clients to assess satisfaction and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
- Work closely with the product team to relay client feedback and advocate for enhancements that align with customer needs.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and demonstrations of Kneat's software to clients, showcasing its value and capabilities.
- Monitor client usage and engagement metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement, providing insights to both clients and internal teams.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and successful implementation of our solutions.
- Coordinate with marketing to develop targeted campaigns aimed at increasing client engagement and retention.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape to provide clients with relevant insights and recommendations.
- Participate in industry events and conferences to represent Kneat and network with potential clients and partners.
- Prepare detailed reports on account performance and client feedback for internal stakeholders to inform strategic decisions.
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in account management or a related field, preferably within the software or life sciences industry.
- Proven track record of managing client relationships and driving customer satisfaction.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to addressing client needs and challenges.
- Familiarity with software solutions and technology, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in English; additional European languages are a plus.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
