Key Responsibilities
- Formulate, manage, and execute strategic plans that drive growth for primary national partners.
- Establish and maintain trusted, long-term relationships with executive stakeholders across partner organizations.
- Develop precise forecasts and KPIs, ensuring all key accounts meet or exceed target requirements.
- Create and implement tailored go-to-market strategies that resolve customer pain points and enhance commercial management.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of professionals to elevate performance and engagement.
- Collaborate with internal departments to influence cross-functional projects and lead integrated business initiatives.
- Analyze market data to identify and pursue strategic partnership opportunities that align with company objectives.
- Oversee kiosk operations to maintain functionality while optimizing sales and marketing efforts.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
- A minimum of five years demonstrating success in growing key accounts and meeting revenue targets.
- Documented experience leading high-performing sales teams to foster engagement and productivity.
- Expertise in local market trends and industry dynamics within your operational area.
- Superior communication and negotiation skills paired with strong data analysis capabilities.
- A proven history of building and maintaining robust client relationships.
- The resilience to manage pressure from internal and external stakeholders while maintaining a positive outlook.
- Familiarity with fundamental industry practices and market trends.
