About the role
Klaviyo is seeking a strategic Senior Product Marketing Manager to own and accelerate growth within priority verticals, beginning with Hospitality, which includes Food & Beverage and Hotel & Travel. This role is responsible for developing and owning vertical positioning and go-to-market strategy, ensuring that messaging is differentiated and directly tied to measurable revenue outcomes. The hire will translate complex market and customer insights into clear narratives that support product direction and sales execution. They will act as the primary voice of the customer within the organization, bridging gaps between field feedback and product roadmap decisions. This role requires ownership of the full narrative arc for target segments, from awareness to conversion and expansion. The Senior Product Marketing Manager will operate with autonomy within an established framework while challenging the status where new opportunities are identified. Success in this role is defined by the ability to drive pipeline and revenue through coherent, data-backed storytelling.

What you'll do
Develop and refine the Ideal Customer Profile and segmentation strategy to guide prioritization and investment within the Hospitality vertical.
Lead the creation of vertical-specific messaging, positioning frameworks, and narrative pillars that differentiate Klaviyo in a crowded market.
Own the development of sales plays, playbooks, and enablement assets that equip teams to win complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
Conduct deep customer and buyer research to uncover pain points, workflows, and buying dynamics across sub-segments and regions.
Translate Klaviyo's platform capabilities and ecosystem integrations, such as loyalty, reservations, and POS, into clear use cases and quantifiable business outcomes.
Collaborate with Sales and Partnerships to build scalable GTM programs that align go-to-market activities with revenue targets.
Work closely with Integrated Marketing to create demand generation campaigns that reflect insights from the field and support pipeline goals.
Provide Sales and Enablement with high-impact collateral, discovery frameworks, objection handling guides, and customer proof points.
Partner with Customer Success and Customer Marketing to identify and amplify customer outcomes that drive expansion and advocacy.
Maintain a sharp point of view on the competitive landscape and how strategies and messaging must vary by segment and geography.
Participate in roadmap discussions to ensure market realities and customer needs inform product priorities and feature development.
Analyze pipeline, revenue, and usage data to continuously iterate on messaging and GTM approaches for maximum impact.
Champion the adoption of Klaviyo's solutions internally and externally by simplifying complex concepts into compelling business narratives.
Act as a strategic advisor to internal stakeholders, aligning cross-functional teams around shared vertical objectives.
Drive measurable results by connecting marketing initiatives directly to pipeline creation and revenue growth.
Requirements
5+ years of product marketing experience, including B2B SaaS.
Experience supporting complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
Strong analytical mindset; able to translate pipeline, revenue, and usage data into actionable strategy.
Clear communicator who simplifies complex technical concepts into business value.
Influential cross-functional partner who can drive alignment without formal authority.
Self-starter comfortable operating in ambiguity and managing competing priorities.
Owner mindset with accountability for business results, not just deliverables.
Experience developing and managing go-to-market strategy and sales enablement assets.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills for both internal and external audiences.
Experience with data analysis and insight generation to inform decision-making.
Comfortable managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
Understanding of SaaS metrics and how they relate to GTM performance.
Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders across product, sales, and executive leadership.
Nice to have
Experience within the Hospitality, Food & Beverage, or Hotel & Travel sectors.
Background working with integrations such as loyalty, reservations, and point-of-sale systems.
Familiarity with Covey or similar AI-assisted sourcing tools used in the hiring workflow.
