The Senior Product Manager, Platform Integrity owns the end-to-end strategy across Platform Integrity & Protection (PAA) and Accounts. You will define how Klaviyo protects customer accounts, prevents abuse, and models complex organizational structures as the business scales into regulated environments. You will act as the primary product partner for security, compliance, and infrastructure initiatives. You will ensure that product decisions are made cohesively across teams rather than in isolation. You will build the platform primitives that allow other teams to deliver secure, self-serve experiences efficiently.

What you'll do
Define and own the end-to-end product strategy for Platform Integrity & Protection and Accounts at Klaviyo.
Model accounts and organizations at scale to support enterprise, multi-brand, and multi-entity use cases across the platform.
Lead initiatives focused on account security, authentication, abuse prevention, and risk mitigation across all customer touchpoints.
Partner deeply with Identity & Access Management, Security, Compliance, and Core Platform teams to align on architecture and governance.
Design and implement account lifecycle workflows, from creation and provisioning through suspension and closure.
Define and track product metrics for account security, abuse prevention, and platform health to inform decision-making.
Enable internal stakeholders by building shared frameworks, including permissions systems, lifecycle hooks, and settings infrastructure.
Collaborate with GTM, Legal, and Compliance teams to ensure requirements are met without compromising usability or scalability.
Drive clarity and alignment across stakeholders on tradeoffs between security, usability, and operational efficiency.
Champion best practices in secure product design and platform thinking across cross-functional squads.
Evaluate emerging threats and regulatory changes to ensure platform controls remain robust and compliant.
Leverage data and experimentation to continuously improve friction, detection accuracy, and customer trust in the platform.
Translate complex technical constraints into clear product requirements and roadmap priorities for engineering teams.
Serve as the single-threaded product owner for account and integrity initiatives, ensuring execution against strategic goals.
Requirements
You have 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in platform, infrastructure, or security domains within B2B SaaS.
You have direct experience working on account systems, identity, permissions, or data models in a multi-tenant environment.
You are comfortable operating in highly technical problem spaces and parsing architecture and implementation details.
You understand authentication, authorization, and common patterns for identity federation in modern software platforms.
You have a strong grasp of security concepts, including threat modeling, risk assessment, and vulnerability mitigation strategies.
You are experienced collaborating with Compliance, Legal, and GTM teams to balance regulatory requirements with product goals.
You have a proven track record of defining and maintaining complex data models that scale across large organizations.
You are comfortable making decisions in ambiguity and driving alignment without direct authority.
You communicate clearly and persuasively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
You are proactive about building processes, documentation, and frameworks that enable other teams to be successful.
Nice to have
Experience with regulated industries such as finance, healthcare, or data-sensitive sectors.
Background building products used by distributed orgs or marketplace models.
Familiarity with privacy frameworks, data governance, or consent management systems.
Experience with monitoring, alerting, and incident response for security-related events.
Practical notes
This role requires 5 days/week in our Boston office.
