What you'll do

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and refine business strategies that drive growth and efficiency.
• Analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement, leveraging data-driven insights to inform decision-making.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive business architecture frameworks that align with organizational objectives and industry best practices.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to gather requirements, clarify expectations, and ensure alignment on project goals.
• Create detailed documentation, including business process maps, use cases, and functional specifications, to guide project implementation.
• Support the development of business cases and feasibility studies to evaluate potential projects and initiatives.
• Monitor and assess the impact of implemented solutions, providing feedback and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation within the organization.
• Act as a liaison between business units and IT teams, ensuring that technology solutions are aligned with business needs.
• Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and professional development.
• Participate in strategic planning sessions to contribute to the long-term vision and direction of the company.
• Engage with external partners and vendors to evaluate potential collaborations that can enhance our business capabilities.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis, business architecture, or a similar role.
• Proven track record of successfully leading cross-functional projects from inception to completion.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in business process modeling tools and methodologies, such as BPMN or UML.
• Familiarity with project management frameworks and agile methodologies.
• Experience in the financial technology sector is a plus, with a solid understanding of banking operations and regulations.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities effectively.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) in a relevant field.
• Certification in business analysis (e.g., CBAP) or business architecture (e.g., TOGAF).
• Experience with digital transformation initiatives and change management practices.
• Knowledge of data analytics tools and techniques to support decision-making processes.
• Familiarity with customer experience design and user-centered design principles.
