About the role
Klar is seeking a dynamic Business Architect specializing in Revenue Operations (RevOps) to join our innovative team in Mexico City. This role is pivotal in driving our revenue growth strategy by optimizing processes, aligning teams, and leveraging data-driven insights. As a Business Architect, you will collaborate closely with various departments to ensure that our operational strategies are effectively implemented, ultimately enhancing our customer experience and maximizing profitability.

What you'll do
- Design and implement revenue operations strategies that align with Klar's business objectives and enhance overall performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer service, to identify areas for improvement and streamline processes.
- Analyze data and metrics to provide actionable insights that drive revenue growth and operational efficiency.
- Develop and maintain documentation of business processes, workflows, and system integrations to ensure clarity and consistency across the organization.
- Lead initiatives to improve customer journey mapping, ensuring a seamless experience from acquisition to retention.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to educate teams on best practices in revenue operations and process optimization.
- Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement within Klar's RevOps framework.
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure that technology solutions meet operational needs and enhance productivity.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of RevOps initiatives and report findings to senior management.
- Drive change management efforts to ensure successful adoption of new processes and tools across the organization.
- Collaborate with finance to develop revenue forecasting models that support strategic planning and resource allocation.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to teams in implementing RevOps best practices and leveraging technology solutions effectively.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in business architecture, revenue operations, or a related field, preferably within the fintech or technology sectors.
- Proven track record of successfully implementing process improvements that drive revenue growth and operational efficiency.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate findings into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across various teams and levels of the organization.
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and data analysis tools (e.g., Tableau, Excel) is essential.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools, such as Agile or Scrum, is highly desirable.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities effectively.
Nice to have
- Experience in the fintech industry, particularly in revenue operations or business architecture roles.
- Knowledge of customer experience design and journey mapping techniques.
- Familiarity with automation tools and technologies that enhance RevOps processes.
- Certification in business analysis or project management (e.g., CBAP, PMP) is a plus.
- Proficiency in Spanish and English, both written and verbal, to communicate effectively with diverse teams.
