What you'll do

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements, ensuring alignment with Klar's strategic objectives.
• Assist in the development of business process models to identify inefficiencies and propose actionable solutions.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform business decisions and identify growth opportunities.
• Support the creation of business cases for new initiatives, including cost-benefit analysis and risk assessments.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to elicit feedback and drive consensus on business strategies.
• Document business processes, workflows, and requirements in a clear and concise manner for future reference.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure that Klar remains competitive in the fintech landscape.
• Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports for senior management to communicate findings and recommendations.
• Participate in project management activities, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within scope.
• Foster a culture of collaboration and innovation within the team, encouraging creative problem-solving and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, or a related role, preferably in the fintech or financial services sector.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in business process modeling tools and methodologies.
• Familiarity with project management principles and methodologies.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Nice to have

• Experience with Agile methodologies and frameworks.
• Knowledge of financial products and services, particularly in the digital banking space.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools and techniques.
• Understanding of regulatory requirements in the fintech industry.
• Proficiency in both English and Spanish is a plus.
