What you'll do

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and refine business strategies that align with Klar's growth objectives.
• Analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive business architecture frameworks that support strategic initiatives and operational excellence.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment on business goals.
• Create detailed documentation of business processes, workflows, and system interactions to support project implementation.
• Utilize data analytics to assess business performance and identify trends that inform strategic decision-making.
• Work closely with IT and development teams to ensure that technology solutions align with business needs and architecture.
• Monitor industry trends and best practices to inform the continuous improvement of business processes and architecture.
• Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams to ensure clear communication and understanding of requirements.
• Support change management initiatives by providing training and resources to stakeholders impacted by new processes or systems.
• Contribute to the development of business cases and project proposals to secure funding for strategic initiatives.
• Evaluate and recommend tools and technologies that can enhance business architecture and support growth objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in business architecture, business analysis, or a related role.
• Proven track record of successfully implementing business strategies that drive growth and operational efficiency.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience with business process modeling and documentation techniques.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.

Nice to have

• Experience in the financial services or fintech industry is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile environments.
• Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF or Zachman.
• Certification in business analysis or project management (e.g., CBAP, PMP) is a plus.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools and techniques.
