What you'll do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement strategies to strengthen client relationships, ensuring a deep understanding of their needs and objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and project management, to align client expectations with service delivery.
- Conduct regular check-ins and feedback sessions with clients to assess satisfaction levels and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare and present reports on client engagement metrics, highlighting successes and areas for growth to senior management.
- Organize and facilitate client meetings, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and engaged in discussions about ongoing projects and future opportunities.
- Identify potential upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts, working closely with the sales team to drive revenue growth.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in our CRM system, ensuring data integrity and accessibility for the team.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to provide clients with valuable insights and recommendations.
- Assist in the development of marketing materials and presentations tailored to client needs, showcasing Kinsley's capabilities and successes.
- Train and mentor junior team members on best practices for client engagement and relationship management.
- Participate in networking events and industry conferences to represent Kinsley and expand our client base.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in client relations, account management, or a similar role, preferably within the construction or real estate sector.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and persuasively.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining long-term client relationships.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
