What you'll do

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of industrial projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, procurement, and construction, to ensure seamless project execution.
• Conduct thorough feasibility studies and risk assessments to identify potential challenges and develop mitigation strategies.
• Prepare detailed project documentation, including scope definitions, schedules, and budgets, to facilitate clear communication among stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress and performance, providing regular updates to management and stakeholders regarding milestones and deliverables.
• Implement quality control measures to ensure that all project outputs meet the required standards and specifications.
• Analyze project data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous process enhancements.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, addressing any concerns and ensuring satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in Industrial, Mechanical, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in project engineering or management within an industrial setting.
• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and budget constraints.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools, such as Agile or Lean principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Proficiency in project management software and engineering design tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards relevant to industrial projects.

Nice to have

• Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification.
• Experience with AutoCAD, Revit, or similar design software.
• Knowledge of sustainable engineering practices and green building standards.
