Staff Product Manager
Job description
About the role
This Staff Product Manager role owns the end-to-end supply-side product strategy for the Kindred marketplace, defining how members discover, evaluate, and ultimately host their homes within the community. You will architect the product systems that transform hesitant browsers into confident, recurring hosts by deeply understanding the nuances of trust, risk, and perceived hassle in home swapping. The role requires you to partner with cross-functional teams to design behavioral nudges and economic incentives that unlock inventory at scale while preserving the quality and safety of the network. You will be responsible for turning qualitative insights about host motivations into quantitative product hypotheses that move core marketplace metrics. This position sits at the intersection of data science, behavioral economics, and empathetic design to solve one of our most critical growth challenges. You will report outcomes to leadership while mentoring junior PMs on best practices for marketplace products. Over time, this role will evolve to influence other high-impact areas of the product roadmap as Kindred continues to redefine travel.
