What you'll do
- Lead and oversee the planning, design, and execution of civil engineering projects, ensuring alignment with project goals and client expectations.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including architects, environmental specialists, and construction personnel, to develop comprehensive project plans.
- Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies to evaluate project viability and identify potential challenges.
- Prepare and review engineering designs, calculations, and specifications to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in civil engineering project management, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license is required; additional certifications are advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, practices, and design standards.
- Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and project management tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and clients.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Experience in managing project budgets and timelines effectively.
- Familiarity with local, state, and federal regulations related to civil engineering projects.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
