What you'll do

• Lead the development and execution of tender strategies for health, hygiene, and pharmaceutical products, ensuring alignment with company goals and market needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to gather necessary information and insights for tender submissions.
• Analyze tender documentation and requirements to ensure compliance and identify potential risks or challenges.
• Prepare and submit high-quality tender proposals that clearly articulate the value proposition of Kashainc's offerings.
• Maintain a comprehensive database of tenders, including deadlines, requirements, and submission statuses, to ensure timely responses.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, NGOs, and private sector partners, to enhance tender opportunities.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform tender strategies and identify new business opportunities.
• Conduct post-tender analysis to evaluate the success of submissions and identify areas for improvement in future proposals.
• Provide training and support to team members on tender processes and best practices to enhance overall team performance.
• Ensure that all tender submissions adhere to legal and regulatory requirements, maintaining the highest standards of integrity and compliance.
• Prepare regular reports on tender activities, outcomes, and market insights for senior management to inform strategic decision-making.
• Participate in industry conferences and networking events to promote Kashainc's capabilities and establish a presence in the health and hygiene sector.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in business administration, public health, or a related field; a master's degree is a plus.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in tender management, procurement, or a related role within the health, hygiene, or pharmaceutical sectors.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and winning tenders, with a strong understanding of the tendering process and requirements.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex documents and data.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple tenders and deadlines simultaneously.
• Proficiency in using tender management software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards in the health and hygiene sectors.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience working in international markets or with international organizations.
• Familiarity with grant writing and fundraising strategies in the health sector.
• Additional language proficiency, particularly in French or Spanish, is an advantage.
• Previous experience in a leadership or managerial role is a plus.
