About the role

This position belongs to a driven individual who owns the complete strategic expansion of AI-related markets across our trading platform. You will take ownership of the entire market lifecycle for artificial intelligence instruments, guiding each initiative from initial concept through to full user adoption and revenue generation. The role requires you to own the narrative connecting AI milestones to tradable instruments, ensuring clarity and depth for our user base. You will be accountable for identifying every relevant AI market opportunity, including but not limited to model release forecasts, benchmark achievements, and AGI timelines. Success in this position means driving robust organic user growth by deeply engaging with AI communities on platforms such as X (formerly Twitter), Reddit, and specialized newsletters. You will also own the creative direction for paid advertising, developing compelling concepts and producing both static and video assets tailored for social media platforms. Furthermore, you will establish and manage a high-performing affiliate program by forging strategic partnerships with influential AI content creators and specialized publications. Ultimately, you are the owner of the go-to-market strategy and execution for AI products, responsible for hitting user acquisition and engagement targets.

What you'll do

• Identify and launch every relevant AI market, covering areas like model release forecasts, benchmark achievements, and AGI timelines.
• Drive organic user growth by engaging with AI communities on platforms like X (formerly Twitter), Reddit, and relevant newsletters.
• Develop creative concepts for paid advertising campaigns, including static and video assets for social media platforms.

• Conduct continuous market analysis to uncover emerging trends and unmet needs within the artificial intelligence ecosystem.
• Translate complex AI developments into clear and engaging market narratives that resonate with both novice and experienced traders.
• Collaborate closely with product and compliance teams to ensure all new AI markets are launched within regulatory and policy guidelines.
• Own the optimization of user acquisition funnels, applying data-driven insights to improve conversion rates and lifetime value.
• Monitor competitor activity and industry shifts to maintain a leading position in the AI trading market landscape.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation for all market procedures and strategic initiatives for internal knowledge sharing.
• Utilize advanced digital advertising tools to manage budgets, target audiences, and performance metrics for maximum ROI.

Requirements
