About the role

This position places you at the center of warehouse operations while you engage directly with customers on the shop floor. You will combine structured planning with responsive service. The work pace is active, and you will take on increasing responsibility within JYSK.

What you'll do

Design and maintain an efficient warehouse layout to support smooth picking and storage flows.

Coordinate incoming deliveries, verify goods against orders, and manage receiving processes with precision.

Guide team members on safe stock handling and storage practices to maintain inventory accuracy.

Maintain an attractive shop floor through organized displays and well-managed assortments.

Support customers directly while remaining flexible to assist with logistics activities as needed.

Share practical operational tips with colleagues to strengthen daily store performance.

Uphold stock security through careful checks and consistent routines.

Handle order processing and ensure items are ready for pickup or shipment without delay.

Requirements

You enjoy direct customer interaction and helping people locate what they need.

You are comfortable managing multiple priorities while maintaining a clear, goal-oriented focus.

You work effectively within a team and communicate clearly in spoken Swedish.

You can perform physical tasks in a busy warehouse and shop environment.

Nice to have

Experience in logistics or retail is helpful but not required.

• Responsibility for the heart of our store, our store warehouse.
