At our facility in Nässjö, you will be responsible for picking and packing items for both our brick-and-mortar stores and our online customers. You will work in one of northern Europe's most advanced and automated distribution centers, collaborating closely with your colleagues. Together, you ensure that every product is delivered to the right customer, at the right time, and with the highest level of service. Your Daily Responsibilities

Your role involves a variety of hands-on tasks that keep the flow from intake to shipment running smoothly. You will sort inbound pallets using scanners, handheld computers, lifting equipment, and trucks during the intake process. You will plan routes for trucks and guide operators, ensuring safe movements even without a license, thanks to the training provided.

You will be responsible for assembling complete orders for each customer, carefully confirming that the contents match demand before the review stage. Packing solutions will be designed by you to protect items while optimizing space for online and store shipments. You will initiate checks with teammates so that errors are caught early, maintaining high accuracy during the review process. Coordination with stores and digital channels is essential to align schedules and ensure partners receive items on time.

You will also drive dock doors between facility teams and partners, maintaining pace while safeguarding quality. Finally, you will confirm dispatch documentation and release loads, closing the workflow from intake through shipment.
