Key facts
What you'll do
- Collaborate closely with the Store Manager to optimize store routines and ensure the store is fully prepared to welcome customers.
- Take charge of weekly promotions and maintain a strong sales relationship with customers, creating a positive work atmosphere for all employees.
- Support the Store Manager in ensuring the store is 100% ready for sales and customers through encouraging communication and effective leadership.
- Train team members on proper sales techniques, understanding customer needs, and upselling strategies.
- Serve as a role model for your team in all store-related tasks, demonstrating professionalism and dedication.
- Envision your future as a Store Manager and be prepared to develop your skills in that direction.
- Participate in internal competitions among stores, contributing to team spirit and motivation.
- Help create a friendly and enjoyable work environment through organized team events such as the annual JYSK party and Family Day.
- Engage in various sports competitions and sustainability projects, such as tree-planting initiatives.
