Core Responsibilities

Cleanliness standards are upheld so that the environment remains welcoming for clients and instructors at all times. When retail stock is low, Studio Leads coordinate restocking and verify product availability.
Operational support extends to opening and closing procedures. Studio Leads work alongside instructors to prepare the space for sessions and to restore it afterward. Scheduling notes, policy documents, and pricing options are reviewed regularly to ensure responses to client questions are immediate and precise. Changes to bookings are communicated clearly with partners and internal stakeholders.
