You are a passionate leader who drives the strategic growth and daily success of the Jetset Pilates studio in Saint Paul. You own the full P&L and operational performance of your assigned studio location, ensuring that all business objectives are met with excellence. You are responsible for building deep relationships within the local community and representing Jetset Pilates with authenticity and integrity in every interaction. You champion the brand workout by consistently delivering an exceptional client experience that drives retention and loyalty. You role model the discipline and commitment required to master the methodology, including completing the comprehensive JETSET Pilates training program. You analyze performance metrics and implement data-driven decisions to optimize studio growth and profitability. You ensure that all studio activities align with the brand standards and long-term vision for market leadership.

What you'll do
Develop and execute a comprehensive business plan that targets revenue growth, market expansion, and member satisfaction for your studio.
Lead, manage, and inspire a team of Pilates instructors, providing mentorship, feedback, and performance guidance to elevate the entire group.
Oversee the complete studio operations including scheduling, logistics, inventory management, and facility maintenance to ensure a seamless experience.
Drive member acquisition and retention through strategic marketing initiatives, community engagement, and personalized outreach efforts.
Monitor financial performance, including revenue, expenses, and key performance indicators, to ensure the studio meets or exceeds its targets.
Ensure strict compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory standards to create a secure and professional environment for clients and staff.
Collaborate with regional and corporate leadership to implement brand strategies, share best practices, and roll out new initiatives effectively.
Utilize advanced problem-solving skills to navigate operational challenges, turning potential obstacles into opportunities for improvement.
Foster a culture of continuous learning by organizing workshops, training sessions, and team-building activities that strengthen the studio community.
Act as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders, representing the studio in a polished and confident manner at all times.
Leverage your expertise in the Pilates methodology to instruct an average of eight classes per week while maintaining high energy and precision.
Remain present in the studio during class hours to support the team, observe instruction, and engage directly with the member experience.
Proactively identify and resolve member concerns, ensuring that every client feels valued, heard, and motivated to achieve their goals.
Build strategic partnerships within the Saint Paul community to elevate the brand profile and integrate Jetset Pilates into the local wellness ecosystem.
Requirements
You are legally authorized to work in the United States and do not require work authorization sponsorship from our company for this role.
You possess a strong background in fitness, wellness, or a related field with demonstrable experience leading teams or managing operations.
You have a proven track record of achieving or exceeding performance goals in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
You are comfortable managing multiple priorities and deadlines while maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.
You have excellent written and verbal communication skills and can convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
You are self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of working independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
You demonstrate a commitment to personal growth and are willing to undergo the JETSET Pilates training program to deepen your expertise.

Nice to have
Experience with Pilates instruction or certification is strongly preferred and provides a distinct advantage in this role.
A background in studio management or leadership within the fitness industry is highly desirable and aligns with the expectations of this position.

Practical notes
This is a full-time position requiring in-person presence at the studio in Saint Paul, Minnesota.
You are expected to instruct an average of eight classes per week and be present in the studio for a minimum of 25 classes each week.
Relocation is not required or facilitated by the company for this role.
You must complete the JETSET Pilates training program as part of your ongoing development and job expectations.
