You are committed to your own continuous growth by participating in the JETSET Pilates training program and applying its principles daily. You instruct an average of eight classes per week to remain connected to the client experience and maintain teaching excellence. You are in the studio during class times for a minimum of 25 classes each week to provide hands-on leadership and visibility. You are accountable for achieving business goals while nurturing a studio environment that inspires loyalty and growth.

What you'll do
Lead the operational strategy and daily execution of the Winter Park studio to ensure consistent brand delivery and client satisfaction.
Own the financial performance of your location by monitoring revenue, controlling costs, and implementing strategies to drive sustainable growth.
Cultivate a collaborative team culture by mentoring instructors, providing constructive feedback, and recognizing outstanding contributions.
Build authentic relationships within the studio community by engaging with clients, listening to their needs, and elevating their experience.
Ensure compliance with all studio policies, safety protocols, and brand standards in every interaction and decision you make.
Analyze performance metrics and use insights to optimize class scheduling, marketing efforts, and resource allocation for peak efficiency.
Partner with the broader Jetset Pilates network to share best practices, innovations, and ideas that elevate the standard of excellence.
Represent the Jetset Pilates brand with integrity and professionalism in all external and internal interactions.
Proactively identify opportunities to innovate within the studio environment while staying true to the core values of the organization.
Champion continuous learning by actively participating in training programs and applying new knowledge to improve your leadership and teaching.
Maintain a visible presence in the studio by teaching a minimum number of classes to stay grounded in the client journey.
Support the recruitment and development of new team members to ensure a strong, reliable, and motivated workforce.
Foster an inclusive environment where every team member feels valued, supported, and empowered to perform at their best.
Drive long-term client retention by creating a welcoming atmosphere that encourages members to return and refer others consistently.
Requirements
You are eligible for this role if you are fully committed to the growth and development of your team and passionate about sharing the brand and workout with others.
You must be a strong leader who is dedicated to cultivating relationships within the studio and role modeling all of the qualities of an exceptional instructor.
You are required to undergo the JETSET Pilates training program and instruct an average of eight classes per week as part of your responsibilities.
You must be in the studio during class times for a minimum of 25 classes each week to ensure active leadership and operational oversight.
You are expected to be accountable for all aspects of studio performance, growth, and people management in a reliable and disciplined manner.
You must be driven by achieving goals and pursuing continuous growth in both personal and team performance metrics.
