About the role
You lead operational excellence across JETSET Pilates studios by diagnosing performance gaps and driving measurable improvements. You partner directly with franchise and studio leaders to execute targeted plans that elevate revenue, utilization, retention, and guest experience. You use observation, data, and coaching to align teams with brand standards while building leadership capability across the network.

What you'll do
- Partner with Franchise Performance to support studios identified as needing operational assistance, reviewing performance data and prioritizing actions that address critical gaps.
- Evaluate studio performance through observation, KPI analysis, and team coaching, translating findings into clear narratives and measurable targets.
- Execute performance improvement plans focused on revenue growth, utilization, membership sales, retention, and operational consistency, tracking outcomes over time.
- Identify quick wins while implementing sustainable long-term improvements, balancing immediate impact with durable process changes.
- Support studios during General Manager vacancies or leadership transitions, maintaining continuity in standards, guest experience, and team alignment.
- Shadow and coach General Managers in real-time, observing leadership behaviors and providing actionable feedback that strengthens decision-making and ownership.
- Mentor Studio Leads and emerging leaders, reinforcing accountability while building confidence and leadership capability through structured coaching.
- Conduct formal onsite debriefs with owners and General Managers outlining strengths, opportunities, and recommended next steps, supported by a comprehensive Studio Performance Report.
- Observe daily operations from opening through closing, ensuring adherence to JETSET operating standards and brand expectations across guest touchpoints.
- Coach teams on hospitality, membership sales, client retention, scheduling, staffing, studio presentation, and operational execution, aligning practices with Product & Talent standards.
- Partner with owners, General Managers, and Product & Talent to reinforce instructor development, identify opportunities to strengthen instructor quality and consistency, and teach classes during onsite visits as needed to support staffing and demonstrate best practices.
- Partner with owners and General Managers to improve membership growth, intro offer conversion, utilization, schedule optimization, revenue, retention, payroll efficiency, local marketing execution, and community engagement, recommending strategic schedule adjustments based on demand.
- Share trends, recurring challenges, and best practices to improve support across the franchise network, completing a comprehensive Studio Performance Report after each onsite visit and documenting operational observations and coaching provided.
- Develop a 30-day action plan with clear ownership, track progress against action items, and follow up after each visit to ensure closed-loop execution and continuous refinement.
- Travel approximately 85% of the time, being at studios for early morning, late evening classes and weekends as needed, while being located in the Miami or Dallas area and able to work on-site at the Regional Training & Support Center in Dallas between periods of travel.
Requirements
- 2+ years of General Manager, multi-unit, or field operations leadership experience.
- Proven ability to coach leaders and improve business performance through observation, feedback, and structured plans.
- Strong understanding of sales, operations, and membership-based businesses, with experience interpreting KPIs and translating data into action.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, comfortable providing direct feedback in a supportive and solutions-oriented manner.
- Certified JETSET Instructor or willingness to become certified, with the ability to teach classes and demonstrate brand standards.
- Willingness to travel approximately 85% of the time and must be located in the Miami or Dallas area.
- Must be able to work on-site at the Regional Training & Support Center in Dallas.
