About the role
You will architect visual narratives that translate complex franchise performance data into intuitive, board-ready storytelling for executive stakeholders and potential franchise partners. This role owns the end-to-end design of investor-facing materials, from initial concept sketches to final polished presentations that reinforce JETSET Pilates Franchising as a data-driven, premium brand. You will collaborate directly with the FP&A and Finance leadership to distill intricate unit economics, site analytics, and forecasting models into clear, compelling visuals that drive faster, more confident decisions. You are responsible for establishing and maintaining a cohesive visual language across all franchise marketing and financial reporting assets, ensuring consistency at scale. You will partner with cross-functional teams to diagnose information gaps and design frameworks that turn raw operational data into structured, easily digestible insights. This position demands comfort working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment where design must keep pace with rapid experimentation and evolving strategic priorities. You will own key deliverables including dashboards, pitch decks, infographics, and performance reporting templates that directly support franchise development and leadership communication. - Establish and maintain a cohesive visual identity for franchise performance reporting, investor presentations, and strategic decision packages that align with JETSET Pilates Franchising brand standards.
- Lead the creation of infographics, process flows, and structural diagrams that map franchise development pathways, capital allocation strategies, and margin optimization initiatives.
- Conduct design critiques and iterate on visual solutions in collaboration with finance leadership, ensuring that each deliverable balances analytical rigor with intuitive storytelling.
- Support high-stakes franchise discussions by producing data-driven visuals that communicate site selection criteria, performance benchmarks, and growth scenarios to franchise partners.
- Implement best practices in data visualization and information design to improve how leadership interprets financial trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements, define design constraints, and ensure all visual deliverables meet strategic business objectives.
- Maintain an organized asset library and version-controlled workflows for all design files, enabling efficient updates and scalability as the franchise platform expands.
- Champion visual excellence and clarity, proactively identifying opportunities to enhance reporting structures and decision-making through improved design frameworks.
- Collaborate with internal teams to prototype, test, and refine visual solutions that support faster, more confident strategic and operational decisions.
- Contribute to the development of long-term design standards and play a role in shaping how data and finance are presented across the organization.
- Act as a visual systems owner, ensuring that all financial and franchise-facing materials communicate value, coherence, and strategic alignment with company goals.
Requirements
- You possess a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Fine Arts, or a closely related field, or you have equivalent practical experience.
- You have a minimum of five years of professional experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating work in finance, data visualization, or business-oriented environments.
- You are highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including advanced expertise in Illustrator, PowerPoint, and InDesign, with strong skills in data-driven design workflows.
- You bring substantial experience in data visualization and the ability to transform complex datasets into clear, compelling visual narratives.
- You have a proven track record of designing executive-level materials, including dashboards, pitch decks, reports, and strategic presentations.
- You demonstrate fluency in visual design systems, including typography, color theory, layout, and information hierarchy, applied at scale.
- You are comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments, managing multiple priorities while maintaining rigorous attention to detail.
- You have strong collaboration skills and can translate between technical finance teams and non-technical stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment.
- You are self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of owning end-to-end design responsibilities with minimal direct supervision.
