You are a General Manager at Jetset Pilates Heath, and you own the complete lifecycle of the studio in this local market. You own the financial performance, the client experience, and the team culture in a way that reflects the Jetset Pilates brand values. You own the growth of the business by driving membership, retention, and community awareness in Heath and the surrounding areas. You own the development of your team, including recruiting, training, and inspiring instructors to deliver an exceptional workout every time. You role model the discipline and joy of the Pilates method by teaching a consistent schedule and embodying the standards of the brand. You own the operational excellence of the studio, ensuring that every class runs smoothly, every client feels welcome, and every detail aligns with the brand promise. You own the partnership with the corporate team, providing honest feedback from the studio floor and translating local insights into broader brand strategies. You own the long-term vision for this studio, setting the pace for sustainable growth and a thriving community of movement.

What you'll do
Champion the financial performance of the studio by monitoring key metrics and driving strategies to increase membership and profitability.
Lead and develop a team of Pilates instructors, focusing on recruitment, onboarding, continuous education, and performance management.
Cultivate deep relationships within the local community to establish Jetset Pilates as a trusted and integral part of the Heath wellness landscape.
Role model the highest standard of instruction and professionalism by teaching a minimum of eight classes per week on average.
Be present in the studio for a minimum of twenty-five classes each week to ensure operational oversight and team support during all class times.
Design and execute local marketing and community engagement initiatives that build awareness and drive new member acquisition in Heath.
Ensure 100% adherence to brand standards, operational procedures, and safety protocols to deliver a consistent and premium client experience.
Analyze studio performance data to identify trends, address challenges, and implement action plans that optimize revenue and member satisfaction.
Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture that encourages open communication, feedback, and continuous improvement among all staff.
Act as the primary liaison between the studio floor and corporate leadership, translating local insights into strategic decisions for the brand.
Own the end-to-end client journey, from the first inquiry and trial class to membership enrollment and long-term retention efforts.
Maintain a visible and energetic presence in the studio to inspire the team, connect with members, and uphold the premium positioning of Jetset Pilates.
Proactively identify opportunities to innovate within the studio operations and class offerings, ensuring the Heath location remains dynamic and responsive to member needs.
Champion the mission of Pilates accessibility and excellence, ensuring that every member feels empowered, supported, and motivated in their fitness journey.
Requirements
You are eligible for this role if you are authorized to work in the United States and will maintain authorization for the duration of your employment.
You must be at least eighteen years of age to enter into a legally binding agreement and to represent the Jetset Pilates brand.
You agree to submit to a criminal background check as a condition of employment, understanding that results may impact your eligibility.
You acknowledge and accept that a driving record check is a standard part of the evaluation process for this position.
You confirm that you are physically capable of performing the essential functions of this role, including demonstrating Pilates movements and instructing classes.
