You are a passionate leader who drives the strategic growth and daily success of the Jetset Pilates studio in Newark. You own the full P&L and operational performance of your studio, ensuring that every experience reflects the premium brand promise. You cultivate a high-performing, supportive team by mentoring instructors and fostering a collaborative environment rooted in trust and accountability. You role model the discipline and excellence expected of every Jetset Pilates instructor through your own commitment to teaching and continuous learning. You are responsible for executing the brand experience, deepening community relationships, and upholding the integrity of the Jetset Pilates methodology in every interaction. You analyze performance metrics to identify opportunities, remove obstacles, and sustain momentum toward ambitious business goals. You act as the brand steward in your market, ensuring that all studio activities align with the company's values and long term vision. You partner closely with the broader Jetset Pilates organization to implement initiatives that elevate standards and drive sustainable growth.

What you'll do
Develop and implement a comprehensive business plan that increases membership revenue, optimizes utilization, and enhances the overall client experience in your studio.
Champion the delivery of exceptional client service by observing classes, gathering feedback, and collaborating with your team to refine the customer journey at every touchpoint.
Lead the recruitment, selection, and onboarding of Pilates instructors, ensuring that every new team member reflects the brand's movement vocabulary and commitment to quality.
Own the end to end client journey, from first inquiry and discovery call through onboarding, retention, and alumni engagement, to build a loyal community of members.
Analyze studio performance data, including class attendance, revenue, and retention metrics, to inform decisions that improve profitability and member satisfaction.
Partner with the Leadership Team to design and execute marketing and community initiatives that raise brand awareness and drive sustainable growth in your market.
Create a studio environment that prioritifies psychological safety, open communication, and continuous development for all team members.
Maintain rigorous standards for studio cleanliness, equipment maintenance, and operational protocols to ensure a safe, reliable, and premium experience.
Support and challenge your instructors through consistent feedback, coaching, and professional development opportunities that advance their teaching careers.
Collaborate with the central team to adapt products, pricing, and scheduling to local market demand while preserving the integrity of the Jetset Pilates offering.
Design and lead quarterly business reviews, using insights from financial and operational data to set goals, track progress, and celebrate wins.
Build strategic partnerships within the local wellness ecosystem to elevate the profile of Jetset Pilates and position the studio as a community hub.
Ensure compliance with all local regulations, health and safety standards, and corporate policies in every aspect of studio operations.
Own the studio calendar, optimizing class schedules and availability to maximize member convenience and studio capacity.
Requirements
You are eligible for this role only if you are authorized to work in the United States and do not require work authorization sponsorship from Jetset Pilates at this time.
You are at least 18 years of age and possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
You have a strong commitment to following detailed instructions and maintaining high standards of accuracy in a fast paced environment.
You are able to sit or stand for extended periods and move between office, studio, and common areas throughout your shift.
You are able to lift, carry, push, or pull objects up to 50 pounds, including equipment, props, and supply orders, with or without reasonable accommodation.
You are able to speak, read, and write English at a level that enables clear communication with team members, clients, and partners.
You are willing to participate in the JETSET Pilates training program, which includes both virtual and in person sessions, and to instruct an average of 8 classes per week.
You commit to being present in the studio for a minimum of 25 classes each week during class times, in addition to your instruction schedule.
Nice to have
Experience in a people centered leadership role within the wellness, fitness, or hospitality industry.
A background in operations, sales, or client relationship management that demonstrates your ability to drive results.
Familiarity with Pilates movement principles and terminology, or a demonstrable commitment to learning the methodology.
Experience managing a team of instructors and supporting their professional growth.
A track record of building community partnerships and growing membership through local initiatives.
Practical notes
This is a full time position requiring consistent in person presence at the studio in Newark, Delaware.
You must be available to work during standard business hours, including evenings and weekends, to support class schedules and member needs.
Participation in the JETSET Pilates training program is mandatory and requires both virtual and in person attendance.
You are expected to instruct an average of 8 classes per week and to remain in the studio for a minimum of 25 classes each week during class times.
Travel is not required for this role, as your responsibilities are focused on the operations and growth of your assigned studio.
