What you'll do
Lead and develop a high-performing team by providing mentorship, guidance, and continuous feedback to instructors and staff.
Own the end-to-end management of the Whitney Ranch studio, ensuring all operational, financial, and client experience goals are met.
Cultivate strong relationships within the local community, positioning JETSET Pilates as a trusted and essential wellness brand.
Drive business growth by implementing strategies that increase membership, retention, and overall studio revenue.
Ensure impeccable client satisfaction by overseeing every touchpoint of the customer journey with attention to detail and care.
Maintain brand consistency by embodying JETSET values in all communications, marketing, and in-studio interactions.
Monitor key performance indicators and adjust strategies in real time to optimize results and long-term success.
Support the recruitment, training, and development of new instructors to uphold the quality and standards of the program.
Collaborate with regional and corporate teams to align studio objectives with broader organizational goals and initiatives.
Champion a culture of accountability, excellence, and continuous improvement across all teams and departments.
Coordinate class schedules and studio presence to ensure optimal coverage and a seamless client experience at all times.
Act as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders, representing JETSET with professionalism and integrity.
Implement systems and processes that enhance efficiency, organization, and clarity within the studio operations.
Lead by example through consistent attendance, punctuality, and a visible commitment to the JETSET mission and methodology.
Requirements
You have a minimum of eight years of experience in a leadership or management role within a people-driven environment.
You possess the ability to instruct a minimum of eight classes per week while maintaining a high level of energy and professionalism.
You are present in the studio for a minimum of 25 classes each week, demonstrating commitment and reliability.
You have a proven track record of building and leading successful teams, fostering development and collaboration.
You are passionate about health, wellness, and fitness, with a deep respect for the principles of Pilates and mindful movement.
You communicate clearly and effectively, with strong interpersonal skills that enable you to connect with diverse audiences.
You are disciplined, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
You are committed to upholding the standards and reputation of the JETSET brand in every interaction and decision.
Nice to have
Previous experience in the fitness industry, particularly with group fitness or mind-body modalities, is preferred.
Familiarity with the JETSET Pilates methodology and brand philosophy is highly valued for alignment with company values.
Experience in a studio environment where client relationships and community building are prioritized is beneficial.
A background in business development, marketing, or operations within the wellness sector is an advantage.
Practical notes
This is a full-time position based in Rocklin, California.
The role requires in-person presence with consistent attendance during class times and operational hours.
Candidates must be available to complete the JETSET Pilates training program as part of onboarding.
Relocation may be required for successful candidates to ensure proper alignment with the studio location.
