About the role

You are a strong leader dedicated to the growth and development of your team at the Brentwood studio. You are passionate about sharing the JETSET Pilates brand and workout with others in the local community. In this multi-faceted role, you own all aspects of studio performance, growth, and people management within your location. You are accountable for ensuring that every area of the business is fulfilled and driven by achieving set goals and continuous improvement. You will undergo the JETSET Pilates training program to align with brand standards and methodology. You will instruct an average of 8 classes per week while maintaining a visible presence in the studio. You will role model all qualities and attributes of an exceptional instructor for your team and clients. You will cultivate strong relationships both within the studio and with the surrounding Brentwood community.

Oversee all operational functions and financial performance of the Brentwood studio to ensure profitability.

Serve as the primary point of contact for resolving client inquiries and escalating complex issues appropriately.

Drive the execution of studio events and workshops to engage members and attract new participants.

Uphold brand integrity by adhering to company policies, procedures, and communication guidelines strictly.

Requirements

You are legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship, and you are not currently employed by another JETSET studio.

You are willing to relocate to the Nashville market and commit to the long-term success of the Brentwood location.

You possess a strong background in operations, people management, and financial accountability.

You have a proven track record of leadership where you have influenced team performance and driven results.

You demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional presence.

You are comfortable analyzing data and using insights to inform business decisions and operational changes.

Nice to have

Practical notes

This is a full-time role requiring consistent availability during class times and peak operational hours.

You will be expected to instruct a minimum number of classes and remain present in the studio for additional sessions weekly.
