Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or Computer Science; a Master's degree is preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in analytics, data science, or a related field, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Proficiency in analytical tools and programming languages such as SQL, Python, R, or similar.
• Strong experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to communicate insights effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically about complex business challenges.
• Proven track record of leading teams and managing projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information to diverse audiences.
• Experience in the finance or fintech industry is highly desirable.
