You drive content from first draft to final submission while protecting message accuracy and strategic positioning. You craft persuasive, customer-focused messaging that drives engagement and concrete action. You translate district context and marketing strategies into compelling narratives that highlight IXL product strengths and distinct competitive edges. You coordinate with sales, curriculum, product, contracts, and security teams to ensure language aligns precisely with buyer priorities and compliance expectations. You refine proposals to satisfy evaluator criteria, strict compliance rules, and the specific expectations of decision-makers at every level. You support sales presentations and external communications with audience-focused copy that clarifies value and drives action. You help assemble catalog bids and modular proposal components to meet aggressive sales timelines and submission standards without sacrificing clarity or quality.

What you'll do
Map RFP expectations and district decision drivers to draft precise, targeted responses that speak directly to stakeholder needs.
Design structured response frameworks in partnership with the Senior Proposals Manager to spotlight IXL value propositions and key differentiators.
Shape customer-centric narratives that emphasize IXL product strengths, measurable outcomes, and clear competitive advantages.
Coordinate cross-functionally with sales, curriculum, product, contracts, and security teams to align language with buyer priorities and internal policies.
Translate complex district contexts and marketing strategies into persuasive, results-oriented proposal sections that support sales objectives.
Refine proposals to satisfy detailed evaluator criteria, compliance rules, and the distinct expectations of decision-makers across multiple stakeholders.
Tailor existing proposal materials and generate new content for IXL and family brands, guided by subject matter expert input and brand standards.
Support sales presentations and external collateral with clear, audience-focused copy for a wide range of external communications and outreach efforts.
Help assemble catalog bids and modular proposal components to ensure on-time delivery and adherence to submission standards.
Maintain consistent brand voice, clarity, and high-quality writing across all proposal drafts, reviews, and final versions.
Manage details meticulously to hit strict deadlines and handle multiple fast-moving projects without compromising accuracy or narrative coherence.
Work confidently with Google Applications, Microsoft Office Suite, and Adobe Acrobat to create, format, and manage proposal assets efficiently.
Requirements
You hold a Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree and bring demonstrable experience in proposal writing, sales writing, marketing copy, or grant writing.
You craft persuasive, customer-focused messaging that drives engagement and concrete action from education stakeholders.
You understand K-12 sales cycles deeply and adapt proposals to support stated sales strategies and long-term partnership goals.
You convert technical or educational information into clear, compelling narratives that resonate with district readers and decision-makers.
You write strong, correct English with an emphasis on quality, clarity, and consistency in grammar, style, and tone.
You manage details effectively, meet tight deadlines, and handle multiple fast-moving projects without dropping quality or missing commitments.
You work confidently day-to-day with Google Applications, Microsoft Office Suite, and Adobe Acrobat to create and refine documents.
You thrive in a collaborative environment, communicating clearly and professionally with cross-functional partners to advance shared objectives.

The compensation quoted is an annual salary of $95,000, structured within a range of 3 to 5 years based on experience and performance.
