About the role
The Senior Pricing Analyst at Irca Group is responsible for driving pricing accuracy and commercial profitability across a diverse portfolio of premium ingredients. This role owns the end-to-end process of transforming complex market data into actionable pricing strategies that support growth objectives. You will own the creation of detailed quotations and tenders, ensuring every proposal reflects current market dynamics and internal cost realities with precision. Success in this position means acting as a critical safeguard against margin erosion by identifying risks before agreements are finalized. The analyst serves as a key strategic partner to sales and procurement, translating financial constraints into clear commercial choices. - Analyze detailed commercial requests and translate them into precise pricing structures by evaluating cost components and market variables.
- Generate and maintain dynamic quote templates that automatically adjust for fluctuations in ingredient costs, market trends, and raw material volatility.
- Serve as the primary financial advisor to Sales Teams, providing data-driven narratives that clarify complex product options and the implications of strategic choices.
- Coordinate closely with the Procurement department to validate ingredient costs, monitor supply chain availability, and ensure quotations align with market conditions.
- Craft competitive tender documentation that balances the need to win business with the protection of internal profitability and margin targets.
- Implement and optimize the rollout of Salesforce CPQ systems to streamline configuration, approval workflows, and booking processes for increased operational efficiency.
- Review finalized agreements to ensure strict alignment with company policy, contractual terminology, and declared pricing frameworks.
- Deliver analytical reports on margin analysis and historical booking patterns to empower internal partners with strategic insights for decision-making.
- Monitor currency fluctuations and raw material costs continuously to proactively adjust pricing recommendations and risk assessments.
- Manage multiple pricing requests simultaneously using organized methodologies that prioritize accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery under pressure.
- Act as a liaison between finance objectives and sales execution, ensuring that commercial activities remain financially sound and strategically aligned.
- Question existing pricing processes to identify improvements and drive continuous enhancements across the pricing lifecycle.

- You build robust cross-functional relationships, collaborating seamlessly with Sales, Procurement, and Finance to achieve shared business goals.
