You are the central figure responsible for client relationships in financial reporting. You direct delivery teams to ensure high-quality outputs, strict compliance, and satisfied auditors. Your leadership drives continuous process improvement while maintaining unwavering service excellence.

What you will do

• Direct client relationships and oversee delivery teams to ensure deadlines are met and auditor expectations are satisfied.
• Coach junior staff, foster a collaborative environment, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting to ensure high-quality service.
• Conduct technical reviews of Annual Financial Statements (AFS) to verify adherence to IFRS, US GAAP, fund accounting, fund structures, VAT, and payroll regulations.
• Communicate effectively with clients, auditors, Directors, and internal teams to resolve audit comments and provide clear, timely financial information.
• Identify opportunities to add value by analyzing client systems and processes, enhancing financial management practices, and taking full ownership of requests.
• Apply strong accounting judgment to analyze and resolve complex technical accounting issues across diverse fund structures.
• use your professional qualification and post-articles experience to manage client engagements and meet all financial reporting requirements.
• Maintain a customer-focused, action-oriented, and detail-focused approach when handling multiple priorities.

Requirements

• Hold a CA (SA) qualification with at least 2 years of post-articles experience in a managerial role, or 3 years if transitioning into management.
• Demonstrate strong technical expertise in IFRS and US GAAP, particularly within the investment funds industry.
• Possess broad knowledge of IFRS standards across multiple jurisdictions to ensure accurate and compliant financial reporting.
• Apply sound accounting judgment to review, analyze, and resolve intricate technical accounting matters.
• Blend professional credentials, relevant experience, and robust technical accounting skills to handle client engagements effectively.
