Innovid is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Buenos Aires team and manage the full-cycle hiring process for our international organization. This role requires a strategic partner who can translate business objectives into targeted recruitment initiatives while owning the complete talent lifecycle. You will act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, balancing process rigor with creative problem-solving to build high-performing teams. What you'll do
- Manage End-to-End Recruitment: Own the full talent lifecycle from initial kick-off meetings and requirement gathering to final offer negotiations and onboarding coordination.
- Ensure Quality and Diversity: Maintain high standards for quality of hire and diversity of candidate slates while consistently meeting or exceeding hiring goals and key metrics.
- Handle Diverse Roles and Develop Sourcing Strategies: Manage a wide range of positions, from specialized technical roles to broader positions, by developing and executing creative and effective sourcing strategies.
- Champion Candidate Experience: Ensure a consistently positive, transparent, and professional candidate experience throughout every stage of the hiring process.
- Strategic Partnership: Collaborate closely with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to align recruitment priorities with overarching business objectives and team needs.
- Contribute to Strategic Initiatives: Actively participate in strategic People projects, including AI implementation in hiring, strengthening employer branding, advancing DEI initiatives, and optimizing recruitment process documentation.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Track, analyze, and report on comprehensive recruitment metrics and KPIs to provide actionable, data-driven insights and recommendations to leadership for continuous improvement.
- Leverage Technology and Automation: Utilize modern sourcing tools, automation techniques, and potentially AI sourcing tools to significantly improve workflow efficiency and candidate engagement.
- Conduct Market Intelligence: Perform ongoing market research to benchmark compensation packages, analyze talent pools, and identify emerging trends relevant to competitive hiring markets.
- Optimize Hiring Velocity: Coordinate complex interview schedules, manage stakeholder expectations proactively, and streamline processes to reduce time-to-fill without compromising quality.
- Build and Maintain Talent Pipelines: Develop, nurture, and maintain a robust, diverse talent pipeline of potential candidates to support both urgent immediate needs and future strategic hiring demands.
- Manage Channel Effectiveness: Evaluate the performance and ROI of various recruitment channels and sourcing methods, optimizing spend and strategy based on measurable outcomes.
- Serve as Primary Candidate Contact: Act as the main point of contact for candidates, ensuring consistent, professional, and timely communication throughout the entire recruitment journey.
Requirements
- Proven Experience: Possess 4+ years of demonstrable experience in full-cycle technical recruiting within fast-paced, international technology companies or similar high-growth environments.
- Advanced Language Skills: Demonstrate advanced English proficiency to communicate effectively and collaborate seamlessly with global stakeholders and team members.
- ATS Proficiency: Have solid, hands-on experience managing complex recruitment workflows and processes within a robust Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Data Literacy: Exhibit a strong ability to use data, metrics, and analytics to inform hiring strategies, measure success, identify bottlenecks, and drive continuous process improvements.
- Ownership and Agility: Show a high level of ownership, initiative, and agility, thriving in dynamic, ambiguous, and rapidly changing work environments.
- Execution and Prioritization: Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple competing priorities, strict deadlines, and high-volume hiring requirements simultaneously.
- Proven Delivery Track Record: Maintain a proven track record of successfully delivering high-quality hires, especially within competitive technical talent markets.
- Commitment to Inclusion: Show a deep commitment to fostering an equitable and inclusive workplace through the consistent application of fair and unbiased hiring practices.

- Prior experience working with the SmartRecruiters ATS platform.
- A history of actively representing the company brand at university events, job fairs, or technology meetups.
