Creative Project Manager
Job description
About the role
This role provides a distinct opportunity to manage creative projects end-to-end within a leading omnichannel advertising technology platform. You will own the complete project lifecycle, ensuring alignment between client expectations, development teams, and final delivery. The position operates within a merged entity that offers a scalable, transparent alternative to major technology platforms and isolated point solutions. You will work across channels including Connected TV, digital, linear television, and social media. This role is integrated into the industry's core advertising infrastructure, supporting omnichannel planning, buying, and billing as part of a larger media organization.
You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of creative projects, from initial intake through final delivery. This includes protecting project scope while actively managing timelines, costs, and resources. You will serve as the primary liaison between developers, designers, technical producers, campaign managers, and client success managers. You will translate complex requirements into clear, actionable briefs for both design and development teams. A key responsibility involves creating and communicating project timelines, costs, and success criteria to all stakeholders. You will document project scope thoroughly and confirm that deliverables meet established requirements before project completion. When capacity permits, you will create basic to intermediate creative versions directly within the Innovid platform and manage subsequent version updates. You will also guide campaigns through Innovid workflows, applying version control discipline to maintain quality and accuracy.
This position requires strong coordination skills to manage day-to-day execution and adjust plans as needed. You will collaborate closely with commercial teams during the estimation and statement of work creation process. Detailed documentation of scope will be shared with clients to maintain consistent expectations throughout each engagement. You will develop project task lists and track progress to ensure deadlines are met. Serving as the main client contact, you will answer scoping questions and provide regular status updates. Your work will support US-based accounts, and you may be required to work during specific Buenos Aires public holidays that overlap with US business days. Special holiday pay will apply for these days, and the corresponding workday can be taken at another time.
To succeed in this role, you will bring a minimum of three years of experience in client-facing project management positions. You will also have at least three years of background in creative or advertising technology roles, particularly those involving data-driven campaigns. Advanced English skills are required in speaking, reading, writing, and listening for all professional interactions. You will communicate effectively and cooperatively with internal staff, external partners, and clients on a regular basis. A deep understanding of the creative process, including the relationship between designers and developers, is essential. You will convert client expectations into clear instructions for production teams with precision. Strong attention to detail will help you identify small issues that could otherwise disrupt campaigns. You will identify risks early in multi-phase projects and manage them proactively through analytical thinking and clear communication. Problem-solving skills will be used to address challenges and present findings to stakeholders in a concise manner. Interpersonal skills will be critical for keeping cross-functional teams aligned under tight deadlines. You will analyze feed and API structures to verify data accuracy and integrity. The role requires formatting layouts using inline styles within Creative Manager or directly in Excel. You will handle HTML5, CSS, and basic JavaScript concepts with confidence to support creative workflows. Efficient use of Excel features will be necessary to populate and manage data accurately. Prior experience with feed-based and data-driven advertising solutions is required. Understanding of mobile web design or rich media production methods is also expected.
Experience with Flashtalking products and related tag management setups is considered a valuable addition to this role. You are encouraged to confirm current details regarding location, compensation, and engagement terms on the official application page before proceeding.
