People teams handle hiring, development, and employee experience. Recruiters find and screen candidates. HR partners advise managers on policy and performance. People operations run payroll, benefits, and compliance. The work requires discretion, fairness, and clear communication. People teams support employees through every stage, from hiring to exit. Most companies run structured processes for reviews, compensation, and policy changes.

What you'll do
Responsibility for all EMEA people matters is centralized in one role, advising managers and employees on development, policies, practices, and employee relations.
People managers across the region receive coaching and upskilling to strengthen management capability and practices.
Equitable practices are ensured across all regional people processes and decisions to support DEI goals.
HR practices across teams and locations gain consistency through reliable, sustainable workflows that balance global standards with local needs.
Requirements
+10 years of proven HR Business Partner or Director experience supporting teams across EMEA.
Deep knowledge of UK employment law and HR practices, with familiarity across key EMEA markets.
Experience leading an HR team within large, multinational, fast-paced companies, preferably in tech.
Hands-on experience with HRIS/HCM systems such as SuccessFactors, Workday, or BambooHR.
Strong relationship-building, influencing, and communication skills across cultures, time zones, and geographies.
Strong project management and problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to detail and execution.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a deadline-driven environment.
Intellectually curious, self-motivated, and committed to continuous independent learning.
Bachelor's Degree in HR or a related field.
Ability and willingness to travel internationally as required by the role.
