About the role
You will define and own the multi-year strategic vision and roadmap for Innovid's global Identity portfolio. You will navigate an increasingly competitive market and a rapidly changing privacy and identity landscape while leading a high-performing product team. In this role, you will serve as the strategic visionary accountable for execution using corporate OKRs and value-driven commercial metrics. You will act as a thought leader shaping the future of identity solutions across the advertising ecosystem. You will establish strategic partnerships and influence the industry conversation on interoperability between first and third-party data sets.

What you'll do
- Define, champion, and own the multi-year strategic vision and roadmap for Innovid's Identity portfolio, setting corporate-level direction and holding ultimate accountability for execution against corporate OKRs and commercial outcomes.
- Hire, lead, and develop a high-performing team of product managers, establishing a culture of excellence, high intellectual curiosity, and continuous professional growth within the identity organization.
- Guide the strategic direction of identity solutions to expand Innovid's market differentiation in video measurement and ensure resilience against ecosystem deprecations such as cookies and device IDs.
- Collaborate with business development and corporate development teams to leverage, monetize, and scale existing data assets, identifying and structuring key data partnerships and integrations to grow available assets.
- Act as a critical bridge between senior leadership, engineering, commercial teams, and external stakeholders, clearly communicating product strategy, trade-offs, investment requirements, and commercial impact to executive leadership and board-level stakeholders.
- Engage directly with tier-one clients, enterprise partners, and industry bodies including IAB and ANA to understand macro trends, drive adoption, and evangelize Innovid's Identity position in the marketplace.
- Drive deep mastery of the identity space, interoperability between first and third-party data sets, and a comprehensive understanding of the media planning and buying ecosystem, CTV and linear TV measurement, and the broader AdTech sector.
- Translate complex identity challenges into clear product requirements and success metrics, aligning cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions that meet market needs.
- Analyze competitive dynamics and industry shifts to proactively refine the Identity roadmap, ensuring Innovid remains a leading independent omnichannel ad tech platform.
- Represent Innovid at industry events and forums, reinforcing the company's innovation, intelligence, and independence as the company best-suited to power the future of advertising.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum of ten years of progressively responsible experience in product management, with a focus on identity, data, or advertising technology.
- Demonstrated success defining and executing multi-year product roadmaps in a complex B2B environment.
- Strong understanding of data privacy regulations, identity resolution, and the implications for advertising measurement and targeting.
- Experience leading and mentoring high-performing product teams in a fast-paced, matrixed organization.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence executive stakeholders and translate technical concepts into business value.
- Deep knowledge of the digital advertising ecosystem, including CTV, linear TV, and cross-channel measurement.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strategic partnerships with data providers and technology platforms.
- Comfort working with large, ambiguous problems in a rapidly evolving regulatory landscape.
- Willingness to travel as required for customer meetings, industry events, and internal stakeholder reviews.
Nice to have
- Advanced degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration.
- Background in media planning or buying experience within an advertising or marketing role.
- Familiarity with industry standards bodies and policy work related to identity and privacy.
Practical notes
This is a full-time position based in New York, NY. Travel may be required for customer engagements, industry conferences, and internal meetings. The role is eligible for standard Innovid employment benefits.
