About the role
You will spearhead the end-to-end B2B marketing strategy for InMobi across the US and EMEA regions. This role owns the conception, execution, and optimization of integrated marketing programs designed to fuel enterprise pipeline growth. You will architect the narrative that positions InMobi and Glance AI as indispensable partners for digital evolution. The position requires you to manage the full marketing lifecycle from initial brand hypothesis to mature demand generation operations. You will lead with a consultative mindset, translating complex platform capabilities into clear, credible stories for sophisticated enterprise buyers. This role demands ownership of end-funnel metrics while rigorously optimizing for mid-funnel engagement and top-of-funnel awareness. You will act as the central marketing strategist for the Global Enterprise team, ensuring coherence and impact across all customer touchpoints.

What you'll do
- Conduct a comprehensive audit of the current enterprise marketing landscape to identify gaps and high-impact opportunities.
- Formulate a multi-year B2B marketing strategy that aligns with InMobi's global business objectives and revenue targets.
- Architect and own the end-to-end brand narrative for InMobi and Glance AI across all enterprise touchpoints.
- Design and deploy multi-channel campaigns leveraging paid, organic, social, and partner ecosystems to generate a robust pipeline of MQLs.
- Establish a scalable content production engine responsible for authoritative whitepapers, insightful newsletters, and sharp industry point-of-view pieces.
- Lead the strategy and execution of global event programs, including marquee industry conferences and exclusive CXO roundtables.
- Create high-impact sales enablement assets such as competitive battlecards, executive pitch decks, and in-depth case studies.
- Partner closely with regional sales leadership to diagnose funnel friction and improve conversion rates from MQL to SQL and beyond.
- Implement rigorous marketing performance analysis using data to refine channel mix and eliminate inefficiencies in the buyer journey.
- Define and own the enterprise demand generation roadmap, testing new channels and tactics to sustain consistent growth.
- Serve as the primary marketing liaison for key strategic partners and coordinate joint go-to-market initiatives.
- Champion experimentation within the marketing stack, iterating on campaigns based on performance insights and market feedback.
- Mentor and elevate the marketing team by setting standards for creative excellence and analytical rigor.
- Ensure all marketing activities comply with data privacy regulations and industry-specific requirements.
Requirements
- Possess 10 to 15 years of cumulative experience in B2B or enterprise marketing within high-growth technology, platform, or AI-driven organizations.
- Demonstrate a proven track record of designing and managing integrated marketing programs that encompass brand strategy, demand generation, and event execution.
- Show an ability to deconstruct highly technical concepts and reconstruct them into compelling, accessible narratives for enterprise decision-makers.
- Exhibit a strong data-driven mindset with hands-on proficiency in marketing analytics platforms and multi-touch attribution modeling.
- Display experience managing complex, cross-functional relationships with C-suite stakeholders and global leadership teams.
- Bring expert-level project management skills to the role, capable of orchestrating multiple workstreams under tight deadlines.
- Hold a history of taking calculated ownership in ambiguous environments while maintaining clear communication and transparency.
- Commit to upholding the highest standards of integrity, collaboration, and results-oriented execution in every initiative.
Nice to have
- Cultivate deep familiarity with the programmatic advertising ecosystem, including demand-side platforms, supply-side platforms, data management, identity resolution, and privacy considerations.
- Accumulate experience architecting AI-driven, commerce-focused, or platform-led business models that scale globally.
- Develop a background collaborating with distributed teams across the United States, EMEA, and APAC regions.
Practical notes
This is a full-time role based in New York, NY. The position requires travel to global offices and industry events as necessary to fulfill marketing objectives. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship for this position.
