What you'll do

• Collaborate with the marketing team to design engaging graphics for digital and print media, including social media posts, brochures, and newsletters.
• Create visually appealing multimedia content, such as videos and animations, to enhance our online presence and marketing campaigns.
• Assist in the development of branding materials, ensuring consistency across all platforms and touchpoints.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate creative concepts that align with company objectives and target audience preferences.
• Edit and retouch images to ensure high-quality visuals that meet brand standards.
• Maintain an organized digital asset library, ensuring that all design files are easily accessible for future use.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve design practices and techniques.
• Provide support in the preparation of presentations and reports, ensuring that all visual elements are professionally designed and aligned with our brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with external vendors and freelancers when necessary to achieve project goals and deadlines.
• Assist in gathering feedback from team members and stakeholders to refine designs and improve overall quality.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of visual content across various platforms, making recommendations for improvements based on data insights.
• Contribute to the overall creative direction of the company by sharing ideas and insights that enhance our visual communication strategy.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, or a related field.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in graphic design or a similar role, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and InDesign).
• Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects, including digital and print media.
• Basic knowledge of video editing software and techniques is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate design concepts clearly.
• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics and visual composition.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team, managing multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
• Familiarity with web design principles and user experience (UX) design is advantageous.

Nice to have

• Experience in the financial services industry or a related field.
• Knowledge of motion graphics and animation techniques.
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and basic HTML/CSS.
• Understanding of SEO principles as they relate to visual content.
• Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.

Skills & tools

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, InDesign)
• Basic video editing skills using software such as Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles
• Familiarity with web design tools such as Figma or Sketch
• Knowledge of social media platforms and their design requirements
