What you'll do
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative financial solutions that meet client needs.
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to enhance product offerings and ensure competitiveness.
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies to promote our financial services and attract new clients.
- Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to our trading platforms and financial products.
- Conduct thorough research on financial markets, instruments, and regulations to inform decision-making and strategy development.
- Participate in the creation of educational content and resources for clients, helping them to better understand our services and the financial landscape.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of various initiatives and make data-driven recommendations.
- Engage in regular training and professional development opportunities to stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
- Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in the financial services industry, with a focus on client relations or product management.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and market trends.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a knack for conveying information clearly and effectively.
- Proficiency in using financial software and trading platforms; familiarity with tools such as MetaTrader is a plus.
- A proactive attitude with a strong desire to learn and grow within the organization.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- A good understanding of financial regulations and compliance standards is advantageous.
Nice to have
- Experience in digital marketing or content creation within the financial sector.
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or R for data analysis.
- Previous experience in a client-facing role, particularly in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Multilingual abilities, particularly in English and another language, are a plus.
Skills & tools
Candidates should be adept in using various financial analysis tools and software, including but not limited to Excel, financial modeling applications, and trading platforms. Strong skills in data analysis and visualization will be beneficial. Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies will also be advantageous in this role.
