What you'll do

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design and develop mechanical systems and components that meet project specifications and client requirements.
• Conduct detailed engineering analyses, including thermal, fluid, and structural assessments, to ensure the integrity and performance of designs.
• Prepare and review technical documentation, including design calculations, specifications, and reports, to support project deliverables.
• Utilize advanced CAD software to create and modify 3D models and 2D drawings, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
• Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to enhance project outcomes and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Support the testing and validation of prototypes, analyzing results to inform design iterations and optimize performance.

Requirements

• A degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in mechanical design and analysis.
• Proficiency in CAD software, such as SolidWorks or AutoCAD, with a strong portfolio demonstrating design capabilities.
• Solid understanding of mechanical engineering principles, including thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, and materials science.
• Experience with simulation tools for finite element analysis (FEA) and computational fluid dynamics (CFD) is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to approach complex engineering challenges methodically.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively collaborate with team members and present technical information to stakeholders.
• A proactive attitude towards learning and adapting to new technologies and methodologies within the engineering field.
