What you'll do
- Lead the architectural design process for a variety of projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers and interior designers, to develop comprehensive design solutions.
- Prepare detailed architectural drawings, specifications, and documentation for both presentation and construction purposes.
- Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies to inform design decisions and project planning.
- Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring that all deliverables are met on schedule and within financial constraints.
- Liaise with clients throughout the project lifecycle, providing updates and addressing any concerns or changes in scope.

Requirements
- A recognized degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in architectural design, with a strong portfolio showcasing completed projects.
- Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction methods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and team members.
- Proven project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
