What you'll do

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and assess intelligence-sharing needs and opportunities within the organization.
• Develop and implement strategies for effective intelligence dissemination, ensuring that relevant information reaches the appropriate stakeholders in a timely manner.
• Analyze and interpret complex data sets to provide actionable insights that inform decision-making processes.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of intelligence-sharing protocols, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and legal requirements.
• Facilitate training sessions for team members on best practices for intelligence sharing and data management.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of intelligence-sharing initiatives, making recommendations for improvements based on feedback and performance metrics.
• Serve as a liaison between internal teams and external partners, fostering relationships that enhance collaborative intelligence efforts.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in intelligence sharing technologies, integrating new tools and methodologies into existing processes.
• Prepare and present reports on intelligence-sharing activities to senior management, highlighting key findings and strategic recommendations.
• Participate in relevant conferences and workshops to represent Inflowhi and expand our network within the intelligence community.
• Support crisis management efforts by providing timely and relevant intelligence during critical situations.
• Engage in continuous professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge in intelligence operations and data analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as intelligence studies, data science, or information technology.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in intelligence analysis, data management, or a related role.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing intelligence-sharing protocols or frameworks.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools and techniques to present findings in an accessible manner.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated and proactive.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the capacity to think critically under pressure.
• Knowledge of relevant legal and regulatory requirements related to data sharing and privacy.
