What you'll do
- Conduct thorough analysis of intelligence data from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies that could impact operations.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations that summarize findings and provide actionable recommendations for decision-makers.
- Collaborate with military and civilian personnel to gather and validate intelligence information, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
- Utilize advanced analytical tools and methodologies to enhance the quality of intelligence assessments.
- Monitor geopolitical developments and assess their potential impact on military operations and national security.
- Participate in briefings and meetings to present intelligence findings and support operational planning.
- Develop and maintain databases and information repositories to facilitate easy access to intelligence data.
- Stay current with industry best practices and emerging technologies in intelligence analysis to continuously improve processes.
- Provide training and mentorship to junior analysts, fostering a culture of learning and development within the team.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Intelligence Studies, Political Science, International Relations, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in intelligence analysis or a similar role, preferably within a military or government context.
- Proficiency in using intelligence analysis software and tools, such as Palantir, Analyst's Notebook, or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear and actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience in preparing reports and delivering presentations.
- Familiarity with military operations and national security issues, including an understanding of relevant policies and procedures.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also being capable of independent analysis.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and integrity in all work.
- U.S. citizenship is required, and the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance is essential.
