What you'll do
- Conduct comprehensive research and analysis of various intelligence sources to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies that impact organizational objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement intelligence strategies that align with business goals and enhance operational effectiveness.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations that summarize findings, insights, and recommendations for stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Utilize advanced analytical tools and methodologies to process and interpret large volumes of data, ensuring accuracy and relevance in all analyses.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of intelligence initiatives, providing feedback and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Develop and maintain intelligence databases, ensuring that all information is up-to-date, secure, and easily accessible to authorized personnel.
- Participate in intelligence-sharing initiatives with external partners and stakeholders to foster collaboration and enhance situational awareness.
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in intelligence management to ensure that Inflowhi remains at the forefront of the field.
- Provide training and support to team members on intelligence tools and methodologies, fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making across the organization.
- Assist in the development of policies and procedures related to intelligence management, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Engage in regular communication with leadership to align intelligence efforts with organizational priorities and strategic objectives.
- Contribute to special projects and initiatives as assigned, leveraging your expertise to drive success in various areas of the business.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as intelligence studies, data science, or business analytics.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in intelligence analysis, data analytics, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as Excel, SQL, or similar platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Familiarity with intelligence management frameworks and methodologies is highly desirable.
Nice to have
- Experience with geographic information systems (GIS) or other visualization tools.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and practices.
- Previous experience in a government or defense-related environment.
