Solutions Consultant
Job description
Solutions Consultant at Immersive Labs.
About the role
Immersive One is the leading cyber resilience solution across the globe, and this role is central to showcasing the value of the platform while securing the technical win alongside a team of the brightest minds in cybersecurity. You will own the technical narrative that proves AI can be adopted safely, that teams can develop and defend at AI speed, and that leaders can lead through crisis with evidence-based decision making. If you are energized by breadth, pace, and impact at scale, this is the role for you as you run a sharp, repeatable motion across many customers rather than immersing deeply in a single account. You will partner closely with Inside Sales and Customer Operations to turn qualified opportunities into demos, trials, onboardings, and rapid adoption, ensuring the voice of the customer is heard by product, content, and engineering teams.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Deliver product demonstrations built on the qualification Sales has completed, tailoring the narrative quickly to the prospect's specific use case and desired outcomes.
- Rank solution fit with a clear Green / Yellow / Red / NA framework to steer where Sales invests their time and where the platform provides immediate value.
- Set up and run in-platform free trials, conducting one or two coaching sessions that guide prospects through key features and prove value live without relying on bespoke success plans or post-POV reports.
- Answer detailed technical questions while flagging obvious blockers early in the evaluation process to protect both the customer experience and the sales cycle.
- Maintain a sharp and current working knowledge of the Immersive platform and competing technologies to ensure credibility in every conversation.
- Run kick-off sessions and deliver a contained onboarding within a strict two-month window across a small number of focused meetings for each new customer.
- Provide light-touch integration guidance, directing customers to documentation and standard connectors while routing deeper technical needs to Support teams.
- Run month-one and month-two check-in and coaching sessions, using the digital academy as the core enablement engine to drive adoption.
- Deliver one-to-many activities such as webinars, workshops, and Cyber Digital Bootcamps that drive adoption and value across a broad customer base.
- Support the phased migration of Standard customers to Immersive One Core, contributing to repeatable enablement content and self-serve resources that scale efficiently.
- Re-engage on expansion opportunities when a signal appears, running the same light demo and trial-coaching motion for the expanded scope without unnecessary overhead.
- Partner closely with Inside Sales Reps and Customer Operations to keep the motion efficient, predictable, and aligned with customer expectations.
- Serve as the voice of the customer to internal product, content, and engineering teams to directly influence innovation and roadmap priorities.
- Stay informed about evolving threats, advances in AI, emerging trends, and new technologies that affect how customers evaluate cyber resilience.
- Use qualitative and quantitative feedback from live environments to help refine positioning, proof points, and demonstration scenarios that consistently win technical confidence.
- Identify patterns in stalled deals or failed trials and collaborate with internal teams to remove friction and improve the end-to-end experience.
- Document recurring technical questions and edge cases to build internal playbooks that accelerate future pre-sales and onboarding work.
Requirements
- 2+ years in sales engineering, solutions consulting, technical onboarding, or a technically focused customer-facing role within a cybersecurity context.
- Experience working within the cybersecurity domain is essential, and you must understand the basics of security operations, risk, and compliance.
- You must be comfortable working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, shifting context between executive briefings and hands-on configuration sessions.
- Proven ability to run structured demonstrations and time-boxed trials that showcase platform value clearly and concisely.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable guidance.
- A disciplined approach to documenting outcomes, decisions, and next steps so that customer operations can maintain continuity.
- Comfort with remote-first work and distributed collaboration across multiple time zones, supported by strong async communication habits.
- The capacity to manage multiple parallel engagements while maintaining a high standard of delivery and adherence to defined timelines.
