About the role
The Content Strategist will own the end to end content lifecycle ensuring that every piece of content serves a clear strategic purpose and meets defined quality benchmarks. You will design and govern the structural frameworks that determine how content is created, organised, and maintained across all product touchpoints. This role requires you to act as the central content authority for the Product team, balancing creative execution with rigorous process and data informed decision making. You will lead initiatives to embed consistency and clarity into the content ecosystem by setting standards and providing clear guidelines for all contributors. A core part of this position involves partnering with cross functional stakeholders to translate business goals into coherent content strategies that support user needs and product outcomes. You will champion the use of intelligent systems to automate repetitive tasks and elevate the overall quality of our written and visual materials. Ultimately you will shape the narrative of our cybersecurity brand by ensuring that our content is not only accurate and engaging but also scalable and sustainable over time.

What you'll do
- Architect and deploy AI agents that function as force multipliers for content operations handling tasks such as copyediting voice adherence monitoring and quality assurance.
- Conduct experimentation with advanced AI tools including Gemini Claude Chat Claude Cowork and Claude Code to prototype scalable solutions and integrate them into production workflows.
- Establish and maintain rigorous content standards that guarantee accessibility readability accuracy and consistency across all channels and user journeys.
- Analyse and refine a diverse portfolio of content ranging from highly technical cybersecurity documentation to customer facing marketing copy ensuring each piece resonates with its intended audience.
- Facilitate deep collaboration with Go to Market Customer Experience Product and Marketing teams to align content initiatives with overarching business objectives and product roadmaps.
- Translate complex cybersecurity concepts and technical jargon into clear compelling narratives that different audiences can easily understand and act upon.
- Identify gaps and opportunities within the existing content landscape and drive improvement programs that enhance discoverability usability and user satisfaction.
- Own the governance of content operations providing strategic direction on taxonomy workflows and metadata models that support long term scalability.
- Evaluate the performance of content assets using qualitative and quantitative signals and iterate based on insights from user feedback and stakeholder input.
- Serve as a mentor and thought leader advocating for content quality and best practices across the organisation to elevate the standard of all written materials.
Requirements
- Demonstrate a proven track record in strategic content planning with a strong background in operations editorial strategy or content marketing that spans multiple years.
- Bring a minimum of two years of hands on experience managing content at scale including work in copyediting strategy operations or quality assurance within dynamic environments.
- Show advanced proficiency with AI tools and a genuine enthusiasm for building and deploying AI agents that enhance content workflows.
- Exhibit a deep understanding of how content functions within a modern organisation including the ability to diagnose issues and identify areas for systemic improvement.
- Communicate complex technical subjects with precision and empathy ensuring that messages are clear appropriate and effective for varied audiences.
- Display an unwavering commitment to content quality and consistency actively advocating for standards and processes that safeguard brand integrity.
- Work autonomously on complex projects prototyping solutions rapidly testing assumptions and iterating based on real world feedback and evolving requirements.
