Key facts
What you'll do
Identify and define prospective customers' technical requirements and use-cases to align the Immersive Labs technical and business value proposition.
Engage C-level executives, technical cyber security professionals, and major lines of business through delivering in-depth solution demonstrations and managing proof-of-concepts.
Act as a security advisor throughout the technical sales cycle by building cyber skills programs, facilitating crisis simulations, and measuring organizational risk.
Partner with key customers to understand and help achieve their business objectives, cybersecurity initiatives, and desired outcomes.
Establish strategies and roadmaps to drive cyber workforce resilience through a programmatic approach.
Engage C-level executives, technical cyber security professionals, and major lines of business through delivering routine Executive Business Reviews.
Leverage your cybersecurity knowledge to recommend appropriate improvements to current programs and suggest new programs that elevate resilience.
Drive adoption to maximize the value of the Immersive Labs Platform by ensuring deep and ongoing utilization of its capabilities.
Immerse yourself into the cyber security community to stay at the forefront of trends, tactics, and evolving threats.
Champion the platform value and secure technical wins by collaborating closely with sales, product, and delivery teams.
Translate complex platform features into clear, customer-facing narratives that resonate with diverse stakeholders and decision-makers.
Own the consultative narrative from discovery through renewal, ensuring continuity and measurable progress in cyber resilience maturity.
Support the creation of tailored content, such as crisis simulations and executive reporting, that demonstrates tangible outcomes.
Act as an extension of the customer's cyber team, providing objective guidance and strategic direction on resilience building initiatives.
Requirements
You have a minimum of 8 years of cumulative experience in cybersecurity, with demonstrable history across the entire customer lifecycle from pre-sales through post-sales and professional services.
You hold a background that proves you can engage confidently with C-level executives, technical cyber security professionals, and diverse lines of business.
You possess deep, hands-on knowledge of cybersecurity concepts, frameworks, and real-world program implementation.
You have direct experience conducting technical solution demonstrations and managing proof-of-concept engagements in complex enterprise environments.
You are comfortable building and facilitating cyber skills programs, crisis simulations, and risk measurement exercises that drive measurable outcomes.
You have a proven track record of establishing strategies and roadmaps that align cybersecurity initiatives with business objectives.
You can communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating platform capabilities into clear value propositions.
You are committed to a long-term, embedded consultative engagement model focused on continuity and sustained cyber resilience improvement.
Nice to have
Preferred candidates will have experience working with global enterprises in highly regulated industries such as financial services, healthcare, and pharmaceuticals.
Experience with AI-enabled workflows, agent validation, and cyber workforce resilience platforms will be viewed favorably.
Background in crisis simulation, tabletop exercises, and measuring security program maturity is a clear advantage.
Practical notes
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Boston, MA.
Successful candidates must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Relocation support is not available for this position.
Travel may be required up to 20% within the region for customer engagements and cross-team collaboration.
