Solutions Consultant
Job description
Solutions Consultant at Immersive Labs.
About the role
Immersive One is the leading cyber resilience solution across the globe, and this role is central to showcasing the value of the platform while securing the technical win alongside a team of the brightest minds in cybersecurity. You will own the technical narrative that proves AI can be adopted safely, that teams can develop and defend at AI speed, and that leaders can lead through crisis with evidence-based decision making. If you are energized by breadth, pace, and impact at scale, this is the role for you as you run a sharp, repeatable motion across many customers rather than immersing deeply in a single account. You will partner with Inside Sales and Customer Operations to turn qualified opportunities into demos, trials, onboardings, and rapid adoption, ensuring the organization future-proofs itself against any cyber challenge.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Deliver product demonstrations built on the qualification Sales has completed, tailoring the narrative quickly to the prospect's use case and business pressures.
- Rank solution fit (Green / Yellow / Red / NA) to steer where Sales invests their time and where the technical win is most probable.
- Set up and run in-platform free trials, conducting one or two coaching sessions to guide prospects through key features and prove value live without bespoke success plans or post-POV reports.
- Answer detailed technical questions while flagging obvious blockers early in the evaluation process to protect the integrity of the sales cycle.
- Maintain a sharp and current working knowledge of the Immersive platform and competitor technologies to respond confidently in high-stakes conversations.
- Run kick-off sessions and deliver a contained onboarding within a strict two-month window across a small number of focused meetings for each account.
- Provide light-touch integration guidance, pointing customers to documentation and standard connectors while routing deeper technical needs to Support for specialist resolution.
- Run month-one and month-two check-in and coaching sessions, using the digital academy as the core enablement engine to drive adoption.
- Deliver one-to-many activities such as webinars, workshops, and Cyber Digital Bootcamps to drive adoption and value across a broad customer base.
- Support the phased migration of Standard customers to Immersive One Core, contributing to repeatable enablement content and self-serve resources that scale efficiently.
- Re-engage on expansion opportunities when a signal appears, running the same light demo and trial-coaching motion for the expanded scope to accelerate time-to-value.
- Partner closely with Inside Sales Reps and Customer Operations to keep the motion efficient, predictable, and aligned with customer expectations.
- Serve as the voice of the customer to product, content, and engineering teams, feeding insights back to influence innovation and roadmap decisions.
- Stay informed of evolving threats, AI developments, trends, and new technologies to bring relevant context to every interaction.
- Demonstrate ownership of the end-to-end technical narrative from first contact through adoption, ensuring the organization can prove AI safety and resilience in live environments.
- Act as a trusted advisor that balances speed with rigor, ensuring that evidence of readiness and compliance is built into every engagement.
Requirements
- 2+ years in sales engineering, solutions consulting, technical onboarding, or a technical customer-facing role within cybersecurity, which is essential for this position.
- Proven experience across the entire customer lifecycle, from pre-sales activities through post-sales and into professional services, ensuring continuity of value delivery.
- Strong ability to qualify prospects and translate business needs into technical requirements that map clearly to the Immersive One platform.
- Comfort working in a digitally-led motion where speed, repeatability, and evidence-based outcomes are prioritized over lengthy bespoke engagements.
- Experience running in-platform trials and coaching users through security workflows, demonstrating how the platform proves AI safety and team readiness under pressure.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex cyber resilience concepts for diverse stakeholders.
- Capacity to manage multiple accounts and workflows simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of delivery within strict time windows.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks, AI-enabled workflows, and common integration patterns to reduce friction during onboarding and migration.
