About the role
Immersive is seeking a Lead Enterprise Account Manager to join the US Federal Sales team and act as a pivotal growth driver for our highest priority Federal System Integrators and Civilian agencies. In this capacity, you will own the end-to-end enterprise sales cycle, focusing on win and retain strategies that expand our presence within strategic federal accounts. You will be responsible for closing the skills gap in cyber readiness by positioning our people-centric cyber resilience platform as the solution that builds and proves real-life capabilities. This role requires you to act as the primary trusted advisor to security and technology leaders, navigating complex organizational structures to secure and expand business. You will leverage every asset at your disposal, including marketing, pre-sales, channel partners, and customer success, to ensure quota attainment and long-term account success. The successful candidate will embody the Immersive values in every interaction, demonstrating the culture and commitment that resonates with prospective federal clients. This position is critical to scaling our footprint within the Federal market and driving sustainable, long-term revenue growth.

What you'll do
- Win and retain enterprise-level business by managing the full sales cycle for the largest Federal System Integrators and Civilian agencies, ensuring sustained growth within key accounts.
- Utilize marketing campaigns, technical resources, and alliance partners to build a multi-faceted approach that addresses complex client requirements.
- Represent Immersive at industry conferences and high-profile gatherings to educate the market on the transformative value of our cyber resilience platform.
- Forge a seamless partnership with the Customer Success organization to uncover upsell and expansion opportunities, driving long-term account health.
- Embody the core Immersive values in every professional interaction, using your conduct to influence and persuade prospective companies.
- Analyze and execute detailed account plans that coordinate the efforts of Channel Partners, SDRs, Pre-sales teams, and Professional Services within strict timelines.
- Guide security leaders through the intricacies of modern cyber risk, helping them understand the true ROI of a simulation-based resilience strategy.
- Maintain a proactive pipeline by identifying new opportunities and qualifying leads to ensure consistent revenue flow.
- Adapt sales methodologies to align with the unique procurement and decision-making processes of Federal entities.
- Document all client interactions and outcomes to refine strategies and improve future sales engagements.
Requirements
- Bring 7+ years of experience selling to large, complex Federal System Integrators and/or Civilian agencies, demonstrating a deep understanding of these environments.
- Thrive in a high-growth company where you can manage rapid change and maintain attention to detail under pressure.
- Develop strong relationships with senior cybersecurity leaders, including CISOs, VPs of Cyber, and Senior SOC leaders, communicating effectively at the executive level.
- Consistently exceed sales quotas and deliver a proven track record of winning net-new logos within complex global accounts.
- Lead educational sales cycles that shift the client perspective from product features to the intrinsic value of cybersecurity resilience.
- Construct and execute sophisticated account plans that leverage every available resource, including channel partners and pre-sales support.
- Exhibit resilience and adaptability in a dynamic sales environment where priorities evolve frequently.
- Maintain excellent written and verbal communication skills to articulate complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Active security clearance is a plus but not required.
Practical notes
This role is based in the USA and requires physical presence in the DC Metro area, Virginia, and/or Maryland.
Compensation
Immersive's commitment to fair and equitable compensation practices means that our compensation & benefits team prices each individual role before it is opened. Each team member is eligible for a compensation plan made up of a base salary + bonus (either annual or variable commission, depending on role) + equity. We expect most candidates for this position to fall within a base salary range of $130,000 - 160,000, though the specific package will vary based on a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, location and experience.
