You will act as a trusted, embedded consultant dedicated to the customer for the duration of the contract, ensuring success at every step and making the customer's priority your own through personal investment in their journey. Your role will involve interacting with all areas of the customer's organization, from the C-Suite to operational teams, helping everyone to elevate their cyber resilience posture and adapt to evolving threats with confidence.

Partner with key customers to understand and help achieve their business objectives, cybersecurity initiatives, and desired outcomes through a dedicated and programmatic approach.

Establish strategies and roadmaps to drive cyber workforce resilience, aligning organizational cyber strategy and vision with practical, measurable outcomes.

Engage C-level executives, technical cyber security professionals, and major lines of business by delivering routine Executive Business Reviews that demonstrate clear value and progress.

Leverage your comprehensive cybersecurity knowledge to recommend appropriate improvements to current programs and suggest new programs that enhance overall resilience.

Drive adoption of the Immersive Labs Platform to maximize its value, ensuring sustainable integration into customers' existing cybersecurity programs.

Immerse yourself in the cyber security community to remain informed of evolving threats, trends, and new technologies that can benefit your customers.

Collaborate with product, content, and engineering teams to serve as the voice of the customer and directly influence product innovation based on real-world insights.

Support customers in operationalizing and incorporating the Immersive Labs Platform into their cybersecurity programs sustainably, utilizing platform metrics, custom reports, and insights to highlight value creation.

Function as an escalation point and primary liaison between sales, product leadership, and client accounts, acting as the first resource for questions related to service delivery within your assigned accounts.

Work alongside the Customer Success Manager to deliver Executive Business Reviews, providing executive-level reports and insights that drive long-term account health and uncover expansion opportunities.

Requirements

You bring 5+ years of work experience across the entire customer lifecycle, from pre-sales through to post-sales and professional services, demonstrating a deep understanding of customer engagement.

You possess proven experience as a consultant with a strong background in all areas of cyber security, allowing you to provide authoritative guidance to clients.

You have a track record of managing long-term, embedded engagements where you serve as a trusted partner throughout the duration of the contract.

You are agile with on-the-spot thinking, capable of responding to complex situations and providing immediate, high-value advice to stakeholders at all levels.

You interact effectively with diverse audiences, including executives, technical professionals, and business unit leaders, ensuring clear communication and alignment.

You help everyone within the customer's organization by simplifying complex cyber concepts and translating them into actionable strategies.

You must be dedicated to ensuring the customer achieves cyber resilience and matures their capabilities, with success feeling deeply personal to your role.

You adapt to situations with a consultative mindset, utilizing the Immersive Labs platform to its maximum potential to drive outcomes and deliver measurable results.
