Outbound Product Manager, Demo Architect - IFS Loops

About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled technical professional to oversee and develop the demo infrastructure for our innovative Loops Agentic AI platform. This critical role involves managing the environment that supports our sales teams in delivering compelling, reliable, and consistent product demonstrations to potential clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for architecting scalable, integrated, and efficient demo environments that can be easily accessed and utilized by our field sales engineers across various regions. This position requires a combination of technical expertise, strategic planning, and collaborative skills to ensure that our demo infrastructure aligns with our sales objectives and showcases the full potential of our platform.

What you'll do

• Manage the existing demo infrastructure for the Loops platform, ensuring it remains reliable, scalable, and aligned with business needs.
• Collaborate closely with the Engineering team to maintain high availability, performance, and security of demo environments.
• Automate the deployment, reset, and management of demo environments using scripting and DevOps practices to streamline operations and reduce manual effort.
• Develop a comprehensive Demo Hub strategy that allows the sales team to access, organize, and utilize demo instances efficiently based on different use cases and customer scenarios.
• Set up new demo instances, including configuring necessary data, APIs, and integrations to ensure they function correctly and consistently across different environments.
• Integrate external systems such as ERP, OMS, Service, IoT, and other relevant platforms to create realistic, end-to-end demo flows that accurately represent customer scenarios.
• Conduct thorough quality assurance on new features and updates to prevent disruptions during customer demos, maintaining a high level of trust and professionalism.
• Implement cost-optimization strategies for infrastructure, balancing performance and scalability with budget considerations, especially as demo capacity expands globally.
• Work with the Go-To-Market and Sales Engineering teams to refine demo narratives, ensuring they effectively demonstrate key use cases and value propositions of the platform.
• Monitor and troubleshoot demo environments proactively, resolving issues quickly to minimize downtime and ensure seamless customer experiences.
• Document processes, configurations, and best practices to facilitate knowledge sharing and onboarding within the team.
• Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry best practices related to demo environment management, automation, and cloud infrastructure.
• Provide technical guidance and support to sales teams during demonstrations, ensuring they can confidently showcase the platform's capabilities.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of demo environments by gathering feedback from users and implementing enhancements.
• Support the scaling of demo environments as the platform evolves, ensuring infrastructure can handle increased demand and new features.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience managing demo environments, pre-sales infrastructure, or development/testing environments for SaaS or enterprise platforms.
• Proven expertise in scripting and automation using languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell, with a strong DevOps approach.
• Hands-on experience with cloud computing platforms like Azure, AWS, or GCP, including deploying and managing resources at scale.
• Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes, and experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems.
• Knowledge of infrastructure as code tools like Terraform or CloudFormation to automate environment provisioning.
• Ability to conceptualize and design complex system integrations beyond simple user interfaces, including APIs and data flows.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve issues quickly and effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to ownership and continuous improvement.
• Willingness to learn about our product, the Digital Workers concept, and how to demonstrate their value effectively in demos.
• Strong communication skills, capable of engaging with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide technical support.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
• Experience working in a global organization, understanding the importance of scalability and consistency across regions.

• Experience working with AI technologies and understanding their application within demo environments.
• Familiarity with enterprise software solutions, including ERP, OMS, and IoT systems, to create realistic demo scenarios.
